Position Summary:

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a highly structured Program Manager to support enterprisewide transformation initiatives across Finance Operations IT and the broader business. This role serves as a shared resource for the CFO and SVP of Strategy & Transformation providing execution discipline financial visibility and governance across multiple interconnected position is designed for someone who thrives in complex environments brings order to ambiguity and ensures leaders have a clear factbased view of progress risks and is not a singleproject role. It is a portfoliolevel program leadership role focused on coordination execution rigor and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain integrated program plans across multiple transformation and run governance rhythms milestone tracking and executive crossfunctional dependencies across Finance IT Operations and external budgets forecasts and benefits realization in partnership with clear visibility to risks issues and mitigation actions across concise executiveready materials for senior leadership and Board as a neutral integrator and point of accountability across tools templates and ways of working to ensure consistency and auditability.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 years of experience in program management transformation or PMO leadership.

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with financial and operational impact.

Strong financial acumen including budget tracking forecasting and benefits realization.

Advanced skills in Excel PowerPoint and SharePointbased tracking and reporting.

Experience working directly with senior executives and external consulting partners.

Ability to influence and drive execution without direct authority.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting CFOled or enterprisewide transformation programs.

Background in operations ITenabled transformation or ERP environments.

Exposure to multisite or complex organizational structures.

PMP or similar certification (preferred not required).
