Program Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! You will be working with Product Management Engineering and Business Stakeholders in delivering outcomes.  

What youll get to do: 

• Develop and execute program strategies roadmaps and plans. 
• Lead cross-functional teams including IT business stakeholders and external partners 
• Manage program budget resources including direct reports and vendor relationships 
• Oversee project planning discovery system design configuration testing and deployment   
• Ensure data integrity security and compliance 
• Collaborate with business leaders to help identify and prioritize requirements 
• Develop and implement change management plans 
• Monitor and report on program progress risks and benefits realization 

Qualifications :

Who you are: 

• 5 years of experience in program management 
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills 
• Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g. Jira ADO) 
• Familiarity or experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum LEAN Kanban SAFe XP Programming etc. 
• In-depth understanding of Agile principles and how they apply in workplace culture 
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills within teams and groups 
• Business acumen and understanding of organizational operations 
• Experience resolving issues across programs  
• Relevant certification in the Scrum/Agile field is preferred

The salary range for this role is $127000 per year - $163000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
