Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and manage complex air-to-air refueling programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management deep knowledge of air-to-air refueling systems and experience supporting OCONUS operations. This role requires strong leadership organizational skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and within budget.

What Youll Do
  • Lead program planning execution and delivery for air-to-air refueling projects
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules budgets and risk management plans
  • Coordinate with maintenance operations and logistics teams to ensure program objectives are met
  • Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for program status and deliverables
  • Oversee compliance with contractual regulatory and quality requirements
  • Support OCONUS deployments and operations (Program is OCONUS)
What You Bring
  • Minimum 10 years of program management experience in aerospace or defense programs
  • Direct experience with air-to-air refueling systems and associated technologies
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience supporting OCONUS operations and understanding of international logistics and compliance
  • Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field (Masters preferred)
  • PMP or equivalent certification highly desirable
