, Program Management – Supply Chain

You will:

• Lead program management execution for new vehicle programs and launch activities within Supply Chain.
• Define develop and track KPIs related to sourcing supplier tooling part availability industrialization and launch readiness.
• Manage part availability across all prototype build phases ensuring timely readiness and risk mitigation.
• Drive program execution to ensure new vehicle programs remain on schedule within budget and meet quality requirements.
• Support cross-functional project initiatives across Supply Chain functions by providing analysis coordination and execution support; lead formal program reporting insights and recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering Central PMO Supplier Quality Manufacturing and Logistics teams to ensure integrated program delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers supporting vehicle programs and strategic initiatives.
• Proactively identify issues lead escalations when required and develop recovery and mitigation plans in collaboration with leadership.

You bring:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Finance or a related discipline.
• Generally requires 10 years of relevant experience in program management supply chain or a related field.
• Generally requires5 years directly managing mentoring and developing direct reports supporting both technical growth and career progression.
• Proven ability to operate as an open-minded self-directed leader who can adapt problem-solve and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a collaborative team-first approach that enables effective cross-functional execution.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational and program management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel MS Project PowerPoint Word ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) Tableau and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively and effectively mitigate unforeseen challenges.
• Prior automotive industry experience.

Preferred:

• Masters or advanced degree in Engineering Supply Chain Finance or a related discipline.
