Program Intern, Internal Communications

Are you a flexible and creative communicator with a passion for storytelling Pilot Company is seeking an Internal Communications Intern for the summer of 2027. This is a unique opportunity to directly support our efforts to engage team members and shape our internal narrative. 

In this role you will be an integral part of our team tackling key responsibilities that directly impact our company culture. Your work will help us craft compelling stories create new content and explore ways to connect with our team. You will have the chance to work with different stakeholders learn about the business and collaborate with both internal and external communications teams. 

What Youll Do 

Your responsibilities may include: 

• Team Member Engagement: Help create team member spotlights for newsletters digital screens and other internal channels. 

• Content Creation: Support the creation and storytelling of engaging content for our internal audience through videography photography and blog writing. 

• Visual Content Catalog: Architect and curate a centralized digital asset management (DAM) system to tag organize and archive raw footage photography and final edit masters.  

Qualifications :

Qualifications 

• Education: A student pursuing a degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Graphic Design or a creative field. 

• Technical Skills: Experience with Adobe or video content creation is a plus. 

• Soft Skills: You must be flexible and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal communication skills are essential including the ability to take complex ideas and break them down for others. You should also be open to feedback and comfortable working with different stakeholders. 

• Experience: Any involvement in communications or leadership activities is a plus. 

• Qualities: We value individuals who are driven reliable authentic and welcoming.

The interview process for this position will include a 30-minute screening with a recruiter a 30-minute interview with the internal communications team followed by a 30-minute final interview with leaders on our communications team.
