What You Will Do *
- Lead and support the monthly financial planning forecasting and close process (RPLAN) ensuring completion of deliverables in accordance with established schedules and program requirements.
- Develop Quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) providing financial analysis and reporting to program leadership.
- Perform PRISM and material financial analysis including MRP updates grouping pegging distribution impacts and end-to-end material cost analysis.
- Prepare and communicate financial forecasts commitments risks opportunities and program financial status to program teams and leadership.
- Perform weekly monthly and quarterly cost schedule and variance analysis identifying financial drivers and supporting corrective action planning.
- Prepare and maintain cost schedule funding and financial reports using enterprise financial tools and standardized processes.
- Review and validate EAC inputs executive presentations proposal financial data and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial processes.
Qualifications You Must Have *
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional organizations including Contracts Operations Engineering and other business functions.
- Experience analyzing financial and operational data to support portfolio performance identify cost and schedule variances and support financial planning activities.
- Experience managing multiple assignments and priorities in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel (pivot tables advanced formulas and data analysis) PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience preparing financial reports analyses and presentations for management.
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for access to information supporting U.S. Government contracts and security clearance eligibility.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience using SAP APEX EV Business Warehouse (BW) or comparable enterprise financial systems.
- Experience supporting Government Contracting (GovCon) or Defense programs.
- Knowledge of government accounting requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
- Experience preparing financial briefings reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
