What You Will Do *

• Lead and support the monthly financial planning forecasting and close process (RPLAN) ensuring completion of deliverables in accordance with established schedules and program requirements.
• Develop Quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) providing financial analysis and reporting to program leadership.
• Perform PRISM and material financial analysis including MRP updates grouping pegging distribution impacts and end-to-end material cost analysis.
• Prepare and communicate financial forecasts commitments risks opportunities and program financial status to program teams and leadership.
• Perform weekly monthly and quarterly cost schedule and variance analysis identifying financial drivers and supporting corrective action planning.
• Prepare and maintain cost schedule funding and financial reports using enterprise financial tools and standardized processes.
• Review and validate EAC inputs executive presentations proposal financial data and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial processes.

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional organizations including Contracts Operations Engineering and other business functions.
• Experience analyzing financial and operational data to support portfolio performance identify cost and schedule variances and support financial planning activities.
• Experience managing multiple assignments and priorities in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel (pivot tables advanced formulas and data analysis) PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience preparing financial reports analyses and presentations for management.
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for access to information supporting U.S. Government contracts and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience using SAP APEX EV Business Warehouse (BW) or comparable enterprise financial systems.
• Experience supporting Government Contracting (GovCon) or Defense programs.
• Knowledge of government accounting requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
• Experience preparing financial briefings reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders.

Onsite: Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
