How you will Contribute

As the Program Director you will oversee the clinical financial and administrative performance of the inpatient rehabilitation program. Key responsibilities include:

• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program ensuring high standards of clinical quality and financial stability.
• Team Leadership: Supervise mentor and develop staff while providing ongoing training support and professional growth opportunities.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary care teams to ensure exceptional patient care and adherence to treatment standards.
• Strategic & Financial Planning: Develop and manage departmental budgets operational goals and strategic growth initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure continuous compliance with federal state and accreditation agency regulations.
• Quality Improvement: Analyze performance metrics to design and implement quality improvement programs.
• Representation: Act as the primary liaison and representative for the rehab program in both internal and external meetings.

Must-Haves

• Education: Bachelors degree in a clinical discipline (e.g. RN PT OT SLP SW) or Healthcare Management required (Masters degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in rehabilitation leadership or clinical administration.
• Licensure: Valid clinical license as applicable by state (e.g. State RN license).
