The Post-Graduate Manager is responsible for developing coordinating and overseeing post-graduation pathways for students ensuring successful transitions into employment higher education military service or vocational training. This role focuses on equipping students with the skills resources and support necessary for long-term personal and professional success.

Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Management
Design and implement post-graduate readiness programs aligned with student needs and workforce demands.
Establish partnerships with employers colleges trade schools and community organizations.
Track and evaluate program outcomes to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Student Support & Career Guidance
Provide individualized career counseling and post-secondary planning for students and graduates.
Assist with job placement resume development interview preparation and application processes.
Coordinate workshops on financial literacy workplace readiness and life skills.
Partnership & Community Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses educational institutions and service providers.
Coordinate internships apprenticeships and job-shadowing opportunities.
Represent the school at community events job fairs and workforce development meetings.
Data Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of graduate outcomes including employment education and training placements.
Analyze data to identify trends and improve program offerings.
Prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Alumni Engagement
Develop and manage an alumni network to support ongoing mentorship and engagement.
Conduct follow-ups with graduates to assess progress and provide continued support.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Education Counseling Social Work or related field preferred.
35 years of experience in career services workforce development education or a related field.
Experience working with at-risk youth or alternative education settings is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
Knowledge of career pathways workforce trends and post-secondary education systems.
Excellent organizational and program management abilities.
Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools.
