Under general supervision the Program Coordinator II works collaboratively with leadership to plan coordinate develop and implement the DPT coaching and student success program. This position coordinates its delivery maintains documentation tracks student progression data coordinate early interventions and report outcomes for accreditation purposes. The position also monitors student progression and remediation and ensures cross-functional coordination across faculty clinical education personnel and university support services.
This is a full-time in-person position located on Tarletons main campus in Stephenville Texas. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the expectation of occasional evening and weekend work. Serves as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).
Responsibilities
Coaching Program Coordination and Implementation 25%
Collaborate with leadership to plan coordinate develop and implement the DPT student coaching program.
Establishes and maintains program infrastructure for coaching delivery student tracking documentation and outcome assessment.
Coordinates coaching activities among faculty peer coaches and university support personnel within the program framework.
Assists in the evaluation of coaching program effectiveness and recommends modifications to program design delivery and resources.
Student Success and Progression Coordination 25%
Monitors academic progression indicators for all enrolled DPT students to identify students at risk for academic difficulty or delayed progression.
Oversees progression monitoring systems.
Coordinates onboarding and transition support for incoming cohorts.
Facilitates communication among students faculty advisors and program leadership regarding student support needs.
Remediation and Intervention Coordination 20%
Coordinates remediation workflows and documentation for students requiring support.
Maintains confidential documentation of progression concerns intervention plans and outcomes in compliance with FERPA and institutional requirements.
Coordinates progression-related communications among students faculty and program leadership.
Tracks completion and outcomes of all remediation and intervention activities and reports trends to program leadership.
Data Analysis and Accreditation Support 15%
Collects maintains analyzes and reports student success retention progression and remediation data in support of CAPTE accreditation requirements.
Oversees student outcome databases and documentation systems
Assists program leadership in preparation of accreditation-related reports summaries and supporting documentation.
Identifies trends in student success and progression data.
Program Operations and Liaison 10%
Serves as operational liaison among students faculty clinical education personnel university offices and student support services.
Coordinates communication workflows related to student progression and support systems.
Maintains program databases records and documentation systems in compliance with institutional and FERPA requirements.
Assists with scheduling workshop presentations and student success programming coordination.
Other 5%
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four years of related experience.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of word processing spreadsheet and database applications.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Salary Range:
The target base annual salary range is $49000 up to $68330.50 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
