Provide customer intake and scheduling services and communicate program information to customers and prospects over the phone and through email.
Educate customers about available program offers. Administer hotlines and email communication and responds to customer inquiries and problem solving professionally and effectively.
Schedules applicable program services with qualified customers using scheduling software. Enter data into appropriate platforms to track customer interactions and results.
May conduct quality checks of customer files data reports and/or technical service schedules.
Act as liaison with vendors partners customers and other stakeholders as required.
The Skills You Bring:
At least 2 years of customer service experience and written communications experience.
1 year of energy-related experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with customers clients vendors and coworkers on the phone over email and in meetings.
Experience in CRM platforms is helpful such as Salesforce.
Accuracy and attention to detail required.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Ability to work with multiple programs and deliverables in a collaborative environment.
High-speed Internet access and a working location free from distractions and interference during business hours.
Ability to speak Spanish Portuguese Haitian or Chinese is helpful but not required.
