Program Assistant for the Diplomacy Initiative

Job Summary
The Program Assistant for Communication supports the Diplomacy Initiative which is managed by UNC Global Affairs. The position helps deliver Diplomatic Discussions and other speaking engagements as well as the CDF Lounge and Leaders/Readers Circles. Duties include: Preparing background and preparation materials for speakers and campus partners; managing run-of-show documents for events; maintaining the CDF Lounge; coordinating with the Special Advisor to the Vice Provost and Executive Assistant to the Vice Provost on various events and programs; and other duties as assigned. This position is supervised by the Associate Director for Communication and Special Advisor to the Vice Provost in the Office of the Vice Provost for Global Affairs.
Work Schedule
Work is on-site/in-person with weekend and evening work for event coverage
