Pay rate will be up to $16.50 per hour (based on experience)
Part-time position working 12 hours per week (2 six-hour days per week flexible schedule)

This isnt your typical administrative role. One moment you might be helping a family enroll their camper the next youre preparing for a camp session organizing supplies promoting camp at a community event or welcoming visitors on a tour of our beautiful camp. What Youll Be Doing
Supporting Camp Operations
- Perform a variety of general office and administrative duties
- Maintain camper records and program documentation
- Manage inventory and order office supplies following purchasing procedures
- Process payments receipting banking and financial tracking activities
- Manage inventory and funds for the camp general store
Partnering with Families
- Guide families through the camper enrollment process
- Answer questions and provide outstanding customer service
- Discuss sensitive topics such as financial assistance and levels of care with professionalism and compassion
- Process camper applications and collect required documentation
- Obtain service authorizations and maintain camper files
Promoting Camp Challenge
- Conduct tours for prospective campers families and site-rental groups
- Represent Camp Challenge at community events and networking meetings
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Help secure and coordinate site-rental opportunities
Keeping Things Moving
- Prepare for weekend and summer camp sessions
- Enter and maintain camper information in Excel spreadsheets
- Drive for marketing activities and offsite meetings as needed
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure camp operations run seamlessly

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One-year certificate from a college or technical school and at least six months of related experience preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and time constraints
- Ability to meet approved driver qualifications (minimum age 21 with a good driving record) for occasional business use of a personal vehicle
- Professional energetic creative and committed to fostering a positive respectful team-oriented workplace
Schedule Flexibility
Camp doesnt always happen Monday through Friday!
This role requires flexibility to meet program needs including occasional evening or weekend community events and networking opportunities.
