Lifesteps is expanding services in Butler County and is hiring multiple part-time Program Aides in Butler PA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Aide supports adults with special needs through daily activities including crafts community outings and life skills development.
This role includes observing and reporting participant progress maintaining a safe and clean environment and transporting participants in an Agency vehicle for community-based activities.
Schedule: Part-time Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. OR9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current drivers license with the ability to travel utilizing an Agency vehicle
- Ability to obtainand maintain Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)certification; training providedby Lifesteps
- FirstAidand CPR certificationor ability to obtain and maintain within six months; training providedby Lifesteps
Preferred:
- One yearofexperience working with adults with disabilities or in a direct care position.
