ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in planning leading and implementing programs and general activities
- Provide high quality outdoor educational and recreational experiences for teens
- Assist in the creation of a weekly programming schedule.
- Assist in daily programming activities.
- Help in keeping daily attendance and meal records.
- Ensure the general safety of the club & its members.
- Act as a mentor to the teens by participating in programing appropriately.
- Suggest new ways to improve the club.
- Assist program management as needed.
- Foster a work environment thats inclusive as well as diverse where people can be themselves.
WORK SCEHDULE: Monday - Friday after school and occasional weekends/ 16 hours per week
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to assist lead plan organize and implement program activities.
- Team oriented
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
- No experience necessary. Will train.
