Qualifications youll bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Project Management Healthcare Management or related field.
  • The availability to work full-time hybrid in Schenectady NY
  • 35 years of experience in project management PMO portfolio or process improvement activities. Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Officeproject management and project portfolio management tools.
  • Understanding of Lean and continuous improvement principles.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the enhancement of the project portfolio management tool (Clarity) by improving configurations and usability.
  • Supports the execution governance and continuous improvement of project and portfolio management practices across MVP Health Care.
  • Responsible for owning and maintaining defined PMO processes standards and artifacts and supporting portfolio visibility and tool enablement activities.
  • Works closely with the PMO Lead this role enables disciplined execution and transparency while exercising independent judgment within established frameworks.
  • Partners closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure PMO processes are consistently applied data is accurate and reliable and tools are effectively used to support decisionmaking.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement through incremental practical enhancements to PMO processes and reporting.
  • Demonstrate curiosity accountability and collaborationfully embodying MVPs core values: Be Humble Be Curious Be the Difference.
