What You Will Do:

• Prepare surfaces to a high standard including patching sanding and surface repair.
• Apply professional-quality paint primer and finishes to walls ceilings trim and other surfaces.
• Complete room turnovers efficiently to ensure spaces are clean fresh and ready for new residents.
• Maintain the appearance of common areas hallways and shared spaces through ongoing touch-ups and repairs.
• Protect resident belongings and maintain a clean safe and respectful work environment at all times.
• Travel between Azura communities using a company-provided vehicle.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with the facilities team as needed.
