Job Summary
A family-oriented construction and design firm specializing in custom homes currently has a full-time permanent position near Nashville TN available for a Professional Land Surveyor. This role would receive generous base salaries opportunity for bonuses and an outstanding benefits package (that includes medical vision dental PTO and a 401K plan) along with other terrific perks.
Required work experience includes:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor
- Familiar with Civil 3D (AutoCAD) legal description and feature code.
- Experienced with various surveying equipment i.e. (Robotic Total Stations GNSS etc.)
- Familiarity with topographic surveys construction staking ALTA/NSPS land survey and boundary surveys.
- PLS Licensure in the state of Tennessee (preferred) Ohio or Kentucky
