Job Summary
A full-time permanent opportunity in Aurora CO has become available for a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. This role would receive generous base salaries opportunity for bonuses and an outstanding benefits package (that includes medical vision dental PTO and a 401K plan) along with other terrific perks.
Required work experience includes:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor reviewing surveys conducted by other crew members is a MUST
- Experienced with various surveying equipment i.e. (GIS Equipment GNSS etc.) is a MUST
- Familiar with Civil 3D (AutoCAD) legal description and feature code is a PLUS
- Familiarity with topographic surveys construction staking ALTA/NSPS land survey and boundary surveys is a PLUS
- PLS Licensure in the state of Denver or out-of-state licensure with eligibility for reciprocity is a MUST
