What You Will Be Doing:

• The Fundamentals: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms kitchens living areas and bedrooms.
• Attention to Detail: Vacuuming mopping dusting and wiping down surfaces according to our detailed cleaning checklist.
• Client Care: Providing friendly professional service in clients homes and treating their space with the utmost respect.
• Operations & Tech: Using our scheduling app daily to check your schedule and track job completion.
• Marketing Support: Helping pass out flyers/door-hangers during lighter weeks to secure your weekly hours and build up your commission on new clients who book!

What We Are Looking For:

We need three things above everything else: Integrity honesty and reliability. We need someone who shows up does the job right and treats every home with careeven when no one is looking. The best candidate is someone who loves helping people and loves to clean.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the office each day including a vehicle titled in your own name.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan to access our scheduling app.
• Must be able to lift bend and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• One year of professional cleaning experience is required for this position.
