Black is seeking Professional Design Experts to join our creative team in Sanger. This contract remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful design projects within the dynamic design industry. As a mid-senior level role you will play a key part in shaping visual experiences and delivering high-quality creative solutions.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize develop and execute design strategies that align with client objectives and elevate brand identities. You will work on a variety of projects bringing innovative ideas and expert craftsmanship to every deliverable.

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $80 - $180 USD providing flexibility and rewarding compensation for your expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various projects
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements
• Create visually compelling graphics layouts and branding materials
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
• Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and project specifications

• Proven experience as a designer in a mid-senior level role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Figma or Sketch
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout principles
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in the design industry
• Bachelors degree in Design Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with motion graphics or UI/UX design (nice-to-have)
• Knowledge of print and digital design production processes (preferred)
