Location: United States (Remote)
Key Objectives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across various databases and systems.
  • Support data integrity and streamline data entry processes to enhance organizational workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data is correctly captured and accessible for reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
  • Enter update and verify data from various sources into internal databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and take necessary corrective actions.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with data management policies.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries by extracting relevant data as needed.
  • Work closely with program and administrative staff to understand data requirements and support ongoing data-related projects.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data security standards to protect sensitive information.
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in data handling.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role preferably within nonprofit or related sectors.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word) and database management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
