Job Summary
- Perform barbering and grooming services in accordance with professional standards and state regulations

- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the shop
- Communicate professionally with management regarding scheduling attendance and operational needs

Compensation
Base Pay Commission Tips
Professional Barbers earn a competitive hourly base wage plus commission based on weekly production.
Commission Range: 40% - 65%
Higher production creates higher earning potential rewarding consistency professionalism client retention and performance.
Barbers retain 100% of their tips.
