The Job:

As a Productivity Excellence Manager youll be part of our Stanley Engineered Fastening team working as a hybrid employee. Youll get to:

• Responsible for driving continuous improvement and overseeing financial and project management activities across the organization.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Lead and manage financial and operational aspects of projects from ideation to completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop implement and monitor project budgets forecasts and financial plans.
• Track and control project expenditures ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify assess and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with projects.
• Collaborate with project managers finance and other departments to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of controls.
• Implement and enhance project control processes methodologies and tools (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Agile).
• Provide guidance training and mentorship to project teams on financial and project management best practices.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for project and operational performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

The Person:

• Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP CPA Lean Six Sigma or equivalent (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in project management financial control or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles budgeting and cost control.
• Advanced analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Power BI is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams drive change and operate in a dynamic environment with multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and change management.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills deep financial expertise and the ability to lead process improvements across cross-functional teams.
