What Youll Do:
* Lead the charge: Direct and oversee the production department ensuring every newscast and station production meets our high standards for quality and innovation.
* Lead by example: Perform the duties of a Technical Media Producer (TMP) directing live and pre-recorded productions with precision and a digital-first mindset.
* Master the signal: Monitor station on-air signals transmitters and FCC logs to ensure were always delivering a trusted reliable experience to our audience.
* Drive the workflow: Manage the ingestion of daily programming and commercials keeping our operations running smoothly.
* Execute live events: Run local commercial breaks for live sporting events and direct various elements for our web channel ensuring a seamless multi-platform experience.
* Foster a team culture: Promote a collaborative high-energy environment where everyone is motivated to do their best work every single day.
