We are hiring dependable Production Workers to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced facility producing building materials. This role involves working with production equipment handling materials and ensuring products are completed safely and efficiently.

• Load raw materials into production machinery
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and output
• Remove finished products from production lines
• Inspect items for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare materials for packaging and shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

• Manufacturing/industrial setting
• Fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Overnight (graveyard) shift

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift carry and move materials throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive motions such as bending and reaching
• Comfortable working in a production environment

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working overnight shifts

• Must wear steel-toe boots at all times
• Follow all workplace safety rules and procedures
• Use required PPE when necessary
