Production Trainer I, 1st Shift The Toro Company

Toro Tomah is hiring a Production Trainer

Starting Wage:$23.62 per hour

1st Shift:Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm with overtime when needed.

What Will You Do

• Assists level II trainer with all onboarding

• Work with supervisors leads and mentors to ensure successful OJT.

• Enforce organizational standards and legal regulations during training.

• Perform rework and assist other departments when training is not in session.

• Evaluate training impact on job performance

What Do You Need

• High School diploma or GED required.

• 2 years of manufacturing or related experience.

• Demonstrates the ability to consistently follow and uphold Toros policies procedures Code of Conduct and core values.

• Serves as a role model for professional behavior and promotes a positive respectful and inclusive work environment.

• Strong leadership interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and follow engineering processes and standard work documents.

• Working knowledge of assembly tools and techniques.

• Physically able to perform all production tasks (lift 45 lbs repetitive motion).

• Demonstrated passion for teaching and helping others succeed.

• Willingness to work irregular hours and shifts.

• Strong interpersonal skills in working with a variety of cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
