Volt is hiring for a AM and PM Production Test Operatorfor a technology company located in Hillsboro OR.

As a Test Operatoryou will be:

• Running and monitoring jobs to meet daily production goals.
• Following documented procedures.
• Complying with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) policies and safety practices.
• Using basic tools like Excel and web-based platforms.
• Reporting failed components by initiating non-conforming material reports.
• Performing quality checks and troubleshooting basic problems in your assigned area.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good judgment for solving low-complexity problems.
• Comfort using email for communication.
• Technical proficiency and comfort with digital tools.

This is a Full-Time Contract role (Up toa 24month contract).

Schedule: Monday Friday 6:45am - 3:00pm OR 3pm 11:30pm

Pay: $20-$22/hr. Depending on Shift

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
