Production Technician

• Fabricate finish and repair customized dental medical device appliances to meet precise specifications
• Post-process 3D-printed dental models ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
• Perform stamping trimming and polishing of dental trays with attention to detail and consistency
• Interpret and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and individual doctor prescriptions/preferences
• Maintain strict adherence to lab processes procedures and industry regulations
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to achieve daily production targets and deadlines
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
• Support additional laboratory operations and duties as assigned

• Education
  • High School Diploma preferred; GED accepted
• Experience
  • 612 months of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment with demonstrated ability to follow production processes and quality standards required.

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position in a laboratory/manufacturing environment with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods while completing detailed tasks
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle grasp and manipulate small components and tools for assembly and finishing work
• Ability to perform repetitive motions involving hands wrists and arms throughout the workday
• Visual acuity sufficient to perform close detailed work including inspecting small components and identifying defects with or without corrective lenses
• Ability to occasionally move lift carry push or pull materials and equipment up to 2550 pounds with or without assistance or accommodation
• Ability to reach bend stoop and move within the workspace to access tools equipment and materials
• Ability to safely operate laboratory equipment and tools in accordance with established safety guidelines with or without accommodation
• Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise levels and potential exposure to airborne particles; use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) may be necessary
• Ability to maintain focus attention to detail and coordination in a production-oriented environment

• Work is performed in a regulated laboratory/manufacturing setting with adherence to established safety quality and production standards
• Exposure to moderate noise levels laboratory equipment and airborne particles (e.g. dust from trimming and polishing processes) may occur
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses masks gloves and/or hearing protection may be required in designated areas
• Workstations may include bench work hand tools and specialized dental laboratory equipment
• Environment is production-driven requiring the ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent workflow
• Temperature and lighting are typical of indoor laboratory environments with appropriate ventilation systems in place
• Employees are expected to follow all company safety policies and procedures and report any hazards or unsafe conditions promptly
