ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate to join our team at our Austin Texas this role you will be responsible for producing the consumables that power the post-processing of 3D-printed parts playing a key role in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality products they depend on.

This is apermanent position working approximately 40hours per week.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Manufacture and prepare consumables (color cartridges and related products) for internal and external customers as your primary function.
• Pick pack and process consumable orders accurately and on time.
• Manage workflow efficiently to meet order deadlines and fulfillment targets.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
• Operate and maintain Cartridge Production equipment ensuring proper upkeep and cleanliness.
• Support the Production Manager with raw material inventory tracking and replenishment needs.
• Handle raw materials safely including chemical transfers and first-in first-out (FIFO) rotation.
• Assist with waste management procedures including emptying and processing IBC tanks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support general operational and office needs as required.
• Report directly to the Production & QC Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical vocational training a relevant certification or an associate degree is a plus. 12 years of experience in a production warehouse or task-driven environment preferred but we welcome motivated entry-level candidates eager to grow.

• Strong attention to detail with a careful methodical approach to tasks that supports accurate and efficient order flow.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision maintain daily production logs and consistently meet output targets.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting carrying and moving materials up to 50 lbs regularly as part of daily production activities.
• Solid organizational and time management skills with a structured approach to prioritizing work.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Reliable quality-conscious and a genuine team player who takes pride in their work.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
