The Team Youll Work With

As a Production Teammate youll be an essential part of our Spokane manufacturing team directly contributing to the creation of the worlds most beautiful and sustainable tile. This hands-on role involves mastering various stages of our production process from raw material preparation to glazing and packaging all while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. Youll work with a high-performing team where cross-training and continuous improvement are key to our shared success.This position starts at $18.00.

The opportunities you will have

• Crafting Tile:Prepare and mix raw materials for ceramic tile and glazes operate production machinery and perform intricate assembly tasks.
• Quality & Inspection:Sort lift catch and safely package finished tile conducting thorough quality checks to ensure our products meet Fireclays signature quality standards.
• Inventory & Organization:Assist with pulling and organizing materials for various departments (Glaze Mosaics Hand Painting).
• Safety & Cleanliness:Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment diligently adhering to all safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with other production departments and support additional tasks as needed to meet production goals.

About You

• Proven ability to work independently and solve practical problems with a logical approach under general supervision.
• An excellent attendance record and a strong commitment to reliability and performance.
• Comfortable with hands-on repetitive work in a dynamic production setting.
• Ability to regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds throughout a shift.
• Comfortable standing walking bending stooping kneeling crouching or crawling for extended periods.
• Skilled in using hands for fine motor tasks reaching and communicating effectively.
• Experience with manufacturing and production work pace.
