Pay and Schedule
- 1st shift: 7a-3p starting at $16 p/h
- 2nd shift: 3p-11p starting at $17 p/h plus an 8% shift premium
- 3rd shift: 11p-7a starting at $17 p/h plus an 8% shift premium
- Full-time hourly position
- Paid weekly. Every Thursday!

Step 3: Attend the On-Site Final Hiring Step
Our hiring team will review your application and video. Selected applicants will be invited to attend an on-site session on Wednesday September 2 or Thursday September 3.

What Youll Do
Your assignment may include production assembly packaging material handling or other manufacturing responsibilities. Depending on your assigned area you may:
- Operate or support manufacturing tools equipment and machinery
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Identify and report safety quality material or equipment concerns
- Move organize and stage materials for production
- Package and prepare finished products
- Report equipment material safety or quality issues
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
- Work with teammates and leaders to meet daily production goals

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but it is not the only way to stand out. Experience in assembly packaging warehouse operations machine operation construction material handling or other hands-on work may also prepare you for success.
Work Environment
Manufacturing work is active and can be physically demanding. Depending on the assignment you may:
- Stand or walk for most of the shift
- Perform repetitive hand arm or body movements
- Bend reach push pull lift and carry materials
- Work around machinery production equipment and noise
- Wear required personal protective equipment
- Work at a steady pace while maintaining safety and quality expectations
You must be able to perform the essential functions of the assigned position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Full-time non-exempt employees who have completed 60 days of continuous employment and are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week may be eligible to participate in voluntary benefit plans. Coverage becomes effective the first day of the month following 60 days of eligible full-time employment.
