- Level 3 (Trainee / Entry-Level): Start with comprehensive on-the-job training. Learn 12 machines and build your foundational skills (typically 612 months).
- Level 2 (Operator): Expand your expertise to operate 34 machines independently and take on more responsibility (typically 618 months).
- Level 1 (Senior Operator): Master every machine in the cell lead line output and train incoming team members for maximum earning potential (typically achieved within 1224 months).

As a key member of the Frame Cell youll work directly with plastic window frames for garage doorshandling everything from raw materials to finished products.
- Machine Setup & Operation: Load lineal raw goods for cutting and run specialized equipment including welding drilling and finishing machines.
- Precision & Quality Control: Measure critical dimensions test fit products using specialized gauges and record measurements on production reports.
- Hand-Tool Finishing: Use trim tools to clean flash and excess material off finished plastic frames with precision.
- Tooling Changeovers: Complete tooling changeovers adjust machine parameters and set up parts to meet exact specs.
- Material & Product Flow: Move materials safely through the cell using carts and forklifts (training provided).
- Teamwork & Training: Assist fellow team members maintain product flow and train other operators as you advance.
- Facility Support: Maintain a clean safe workspace and perform other duties as directed by the Production Manager.
- Relentlessly Reliable: Always on time ready to work and equipped with reliable transportation.
- Physically Ready: Comfortable standing walking bending and lifting up to 40 lbs for up to 10-hour shifts in an active plant environment. (Note: Summer plant temperatures can run 10 warmer than outdoor temperatures).
- Detail-Oriented & Quality-Focused: Strong attention to detail with basic reading skills (English) and good communication skills to report issues or ask questions.
