Production Team Lead Evening Shift

Pay:$22.00 per hour

Job Type / Schedule: Temp-to-Hire Evening Shift 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM Overtime and weekends required

Pronto Staffing is seeking an experienced team leader to support a busy manufacturing environment.

Job Summary

Pronto Staffing is hiring a Production Team Lead for an evening shift this role you will work right alongside your team to help meet daily production and quality goals. You will give direction train team members and keep operations running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the production team while working alongside them each day

• Provide clear direction training and support to team members

• Operate mixing grinding and packaging equipment safely

• Monitor daily schedules to track goals and prevent material shortages

• Conduct quality checks on labels work orders and packaging

• Complete daily paperwork accurately and provide shift updates to the next lead

• Enforce safety rules food safety standards and keep the work area clean

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing production or warehouse environment

• Recent experience leading a team within the past year

• Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is preferred

• Strong English communication skills

• Must have reliable transportation

Work Environment

• Regular standing and walking during the shift

• Regular bending climbing and reaching

• Ability to work in a production facility with moderate to loud noise levels

• Frequently lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
