What Youll Do

As a Team Lead youll play a key role in keeping our distribution running efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee production scheduling and floor operations.
• Support daily operations and team performance.
• Train and support team members for success.
• Monitor equipment personnel and processes to ensure operational needs and performance expectations are consistently met.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year as a machine operator with BG or similar experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge and skills with leadership communication and computer technology.
• Comfortable working with machinery and production management strongly preferred.
• Team-oriented reliable and safety-focused.
• Humble Hungry and Smart.
• Willingness to learn grow work overtime and take on additional responsibilities.

Manager
