About the Role

As a Production Support Crew Member youll be the behindthescenes hero who keeps our molding leaching and assembly areas stocked organized and running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who likes staying active learning new skills and jumping into different tasks throughout the day. No two days look the same and thats what makes it fun.

What Youll Do

• Stage components for assembly and molding
• Operate and maintain leach tanks
• Wash and prep wax patterns
• Stock materials and supplies for molding and assembly teams
• Stage and dip assembly frames
• Keep the department clean organized and running efficiently
• Receive inventory and order materials
• Copy and stock forms used in molding and assembly
• Maintain dip seal tanks
• Assist with light assembly and molding tasks
• Enter basic data into the system
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Write simple assembly instructions when needed
• Properly manage spent aerosol cans (training provided)
• Support other tasks as needed to keep production flowing

• Ability to complete Forklift Safety Certification

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand climb stoop and reach throughout the shift
• Lift/move up to 35 lbs
• Use computers and office equipment
• Work in environments with noise dust chemicals and temperature changes
