Purpose Statement

The production support will be responsible for defining clarifying and enhancing the ability to follow the procedures with work schedules PTO tours for temp workers and general administrative tasks that pertain to production and associates that meet compliance with Quality Standards and RPC addition provide assistance with team leaders and associates when needed.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
  • Work with associates to ensure they are in compliance with RPC Quality Standards and Specifications
  • Ensures that all required documentation for production records is completed according to RPC policies
  • Assist Team Leaders with Safety Training
  • Assist with New Hire Orienation tasks as needed (file E-verify tour etc.)
  • Provide support for Team Leaders when it comes to work schedules absences and PTO
  • Complete production reports
  • Order and process production supplies
  • Assist associates with access setups
Knowledge Skills and Experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required
  • Food manufacturing experience (1 to 2 years) a plus
  • Strong computer skills (excel powerpoint etc.)
  • High organizational and multitasking skills
  • Speak read and write English and Spanish
  • Understand company policies and procedures
  • HR experience a plus
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to document and measure results
  • Teamwork building skills
  • Comfortable public speaking
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to occassionally come in during 1st shift
