Were seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations at our Vinita Park Missouri facility. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a well-established department as a longtime supervisor transitions into retirement. Youll help lead a skilled production team drive continuous improvement and ensure the safe efficient manufacturing of world-class copper tube products.

What Youll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety quality productivity and customer service goals are achieved.
• Supervise hourly production employees and foster a culture of accountability teamwork and engagement.
• Monitor production performance identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with maintenance quality and operations teams to resolve equipment process and personnel challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies work instructions and operational procedures.
• Support employee training onboarding performance coaching and documentation.
• Assist with troubleshooting production equipment and supporting emergency breakdown situations when needed.
• Maintain staffing coverage and provide leadership support across shifts as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency quality and workplace safety.

• Previous manufacturing production or operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate employees while maintaining high standards for safety and performance.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes equipment and continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to work on the production floor in varying conditions and environments throughout the year.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or supervisory training is a plus.
