As we continue to expand we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead one of our manufacturing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing people driving operational excellence and helping shape the future of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coach and develop production team members to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality efficiency and customer delivery requirements are met.
• Promote and maintain a safe organized and productive work environment.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Partner with Engineering Quality Maintenance and other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity reduce waste and improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
• Support employee training performance management and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) or more years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CNC machining processes.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies including one or more of the following:
  • Six Sigma
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Process Capability
  • Statistical Analysis
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and make informed operational decisions.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
