Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

Core Duties

• Supervise daily production operations to meet schedule output and quality requirements. Other duties as required.
• Train coach and develop production staff; conduct performance feedback as needed.
• Monitor workflow and adjust labor or equipment assignments as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols PPE use and company policies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate solutions with maintenance quality and process engineering teams.
• Review and maintain production records reports and KPIs (scrap rate throughput downtime etc.).
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment (5S).
• Support onboarding of new employees and cross-training efforts.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• 3 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes workflow and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office production reporting systems ERP).

Desired Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Six Sigma experience.
• Familiarity with ISO or similar quality systems.
