Production Supervisor

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Monitor plant performance and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve operational issues
• Support and develop team members through coaching and training
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards

Work Environment
This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments. The position requires walking climbing and exposure to varying temperatures dust and noise levels. Safety equipment and protocols are strictly followed.
