Job Summary
- Promotes a safe work environment by ensuring associates utilize proper safety equipment.
- Maintains work areasfor example keeping floors free of debris ensuring equipment is operational and clean and removing hazards.
- Requests materials supplies parts and repair services as needed.
- Manages the daily operation of the production area by planning and establishing work schedules and assignments.
- Monitors and evaluates operations programs processes and practices for quality and effectiveness.
- Inspects materials products and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
- Assists in production sequence planning to meet production goals and provide superior customer service.
- Ensures the timely resolution of associate performance concerns.
- Completes and analyzes departmental reports.
- Manages the continuous improvement (Lean) culture by documenting and implementing new and improved processes.
- Participates in new-hire and ongoing associate training.
- Provides process improvement guidance related to waste control quality management and process effectiveness.
- Coordinates completes and oversees job-related activities and assignments by:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
- Identifying and communicating goals and objectives

The annual salary range for this position is $65500.00 - $98000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
