Production Supervisor Manufacturing Leadership (1st 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available)


Location: Cedar Valley / Northeast Iowa Area


Compensation: $75000 $85000 Base Comprehensive Benefits


Are you an operational frontrunner who thrives on the plant floor rather than behind a desk A premier regional manufacturer is actively expanding its leadership bench. We are seeking dynamic hands-on leaders to drive shift performance mentor production crews and champion workplace safety.


Multiple opportunities are open across all three shifts:


  • 1st Shift: Morning Schedule


  • 2nd Shift: Afternoon / Evening Schedule


  • 3rd Shift: Overnight Schedule


Core Responsibilities


  • Floor Leadership: Lead daily shift execution balance line staffing and actively engage alongside the crew (approx. 50% hands-on involvement) to ensure output targets are achieved.


  • Team Development: Onboard train and mentor operators; cultivate cross-training set clear performance metrics and foster open communication.


  • Operational Excellence: Oversee process flow pinpoint operational bottlenecks monitor equipment reliability and drive continuous efficiency improvements.


  • Safety & Quality Standards: Enforce rigorous OSHA standards conduct proactive hazard audits and serve as the frontline quality gatekeeper for all finished goods.




Requirements

Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED.


  • 3 years of progressive supervisory or team-lead experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.


  • Proven track record in shift planning root-cause troubleshooting and workflow optimization.


  • Uncompromising commitment to proactive safety protocols and stringent quality controls.


  • Strong interpersonal skills and standard computer proficiency.
