Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to lead meltblown manufacturing operations. This position will oversee day-to-day production activities while ensuring safety quality efficiency and production targets are consistently achieved.
The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience proven production leadership skills and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Hands-on meltblown experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production floor employees including operators technicians and support staff.
- Oversee meltblown line operations including setup process optimization troubleshooting and maintenance coordination.
- Drive production efficiency minimize downtime and improve output and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage production reporting shift scheduling inventory documentation and performance tracking.
- Train mentor and develop production team members.
- Monitor production performance and address issues affecting safety quality efficiency or output.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Quality and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational performance.
- Maintain a safe organized and accountable production environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing/production is essential.
- 15 years of experience supervising or managing production teams.
- Meltblown or nonwoven manufacturing experience highly preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
- Experience with production line setup troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership communication and team-development skills.
- Ability to prioritize production safety quality and operational requirements.
- Must be comfortable working hands-on on the production floor.
- U.S. citizenship required.

Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing leadership position requiring regular presence on the production floor. The Production Supervisor/Manager will work closely with operators technicians maintenance quality and engineering teams to maintain safe efficient and high-quality production operations.
The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take ownership of production performance team development safety and continuous improvement.
Compensation: $82000.00 - $100000.00 per year
