Production Supervisor

• Supervise daily production activities and employee performance.
• Create work schedules assign duties and ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
• Hire train coach develop and manage employees in accordance with HR policies.
• Promote a safe clean and organized work environment with a strong safety-first culture.
• Monitor productivity labor utilization and overtime while driving operational efficiency.
• Standardize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with plant leadership to meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Track and report production output issues and performance metrics.
• Ensure proper staffing and attendance throughout shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing distribution logistics or material management environment.
• Experience with hiring training coaching performance management and employee development.
• Strong leadership communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production scheduling materials planning and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/Sage experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical equipment such as forklifts and other machinery. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be to work in temperature conditions between 45 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit; may occasionally exceed 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
