Production Supervisor Finishing Off shift

Plan and direct heat treating operations to most effectively meet corporate objectives. Identify and drive consistent performance improvement.

• Alignment of resources initiatives and operations to achieve business goals and objectives
• Safety ensure compliance with safety policies and rules. Promote a safety culture. Safety improvement continuous reduction of workplace hazards risks employee accidents
• Manufacturing in compliance with quality systems and established process quality standards
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (safety environmental etc.)
• Customer service (on time performance cycle times)
• Forecast plan schedule and execute production operations according to priorities
• Management and coordination of third party outside processers & subcontract suppliers
• Identification and implementation of improvements
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action investigations into re-work and other quality issues
• Design waste out of our operations
• Cultivation of effective employee relations based on mutual respect
• Effective communication and constructive cooperation between locations and functions
• Leadership direction and management of salaried staff and hourly production and maintenance employees
