What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
What Are We Looking For
- Prior cement plant or heavy industrial experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Preferred: Ability to obtain ATF clearance to operate specialized materialclearing equipment (e.g. kiln guns or similar equipment) used in cement plant operations.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- 12-hour rotating shifts: 4 days on 4 days off
- Requires standing walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
