Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our second shift production this role you will lead shift operations across a fast-paced production environment helping ensure the right staffing communication workflow and quality controls are in place to support daily output and customer commitments. This position requires a hands-on leader who can keep work moving communicate clearly across departments respond quickly to production issues and support a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement.

Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift: 2nd Shift; Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 1:00am

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure staffing levels are sufficient for all daily print requirements and projects that are due each day
• Provide nightly updates on the progress of production areas
• Report all issues and delays by email directly to the Production Manager and the CSR responsible for the account to ensure communication is documented
• Review Production TOS Boards including audit schedule cleaning schedule monthly A4 and updated metrics
• Ensure all print devices are passing G7 color management standards at the beginning of each shift
• Ensure all production departments are clean and put back in order at the end of each shift
• Attend afternoon production meetings
• Review all upcoming projects and be proactive in communication around concerns and follow-up actions
• Ensure all large digital orders have first-sheet signoff before the project begins

You Must Have:

• Ability to read interpret and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders parts orders safety regulations operating procedures or other job specific written documents
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition subtraction multiplication and division in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
• Prior leadership experience
• Digital print experience
• Understanding of color substrate

We Would Also Prefer:

• 2 Years leadership experience in a production environment
