Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safety quality delivery and productivity objectives are achieved
• Plan and prioritize workflow to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive action to address performance gaps.
• Foster a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety environmental and housekeeping standards.
• Partner with Production Managers Customer Service Quality and other departments to resolve production challenges and maintain workflow.
• Coach train and develop production employees while building bench strength within the organization.
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback coaching and performance evaluations.
• Support hiring onboarding employee relations disciplinary actions and other supervisory responsibilities.
• Manage workforce attendance overtime scheduling and staffing needs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency quality and employee engagement.
• Promote a positive work environment that reflects CTS values and encourages teamwork and accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to successfully pass a background check and DOT drug screen
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR/EAR
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office applications

• 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience managing production schedules workforce performance and operational metrics preferred
