Production Superintendent Manufacturing Leader
Lead. Influence. Deliver Results.
Were hiring a Production Superintendent to lead daily manufacturing operations for a highvolume extrusion department. This is a handson leadership role with direct impact on safety performance and employee engagementideal for an experienced manufacturing leader ready to step into a visible growthoriented position.
In this role youll own production execution across multiple shifts lead and develop supervisors and production teams and partner closely with Operations leadership to solve problems and improve performance. Youll play a key role in building a strong safety culture driving accountability and developing the next generation of manufacturing leaders.
What Youll Lead
- Lead and develop supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts
- Own daily production execution to meet safety quality delivery and cost targets
- Set priorities allocate resources and adjust schedules to meet changing demands
- Drive accountability teamwork and continuous improvement across the department
- Analyze production data identify gaps and lead process improvement initiatives
- Partner with Operations Maintenance Quality and HR to support staffing training and performance
Safety Leadership Is Essential
Safety leadership is paramount. The Production Superintendent sets the standard for safe work practices and reinforces a culture where working safely is a condition of employment.
- Lead by example and promote safe behaviors at all times
- Drive execution of the Health Safety & Environment (HSE) program
- Conduct safety meetings observations and coaching
- Identify hazards support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed
What Were Looking For
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
(Superintendent Production Manager Lead Supervisor or similar experience preferred) - Strong people leadership organization and problemsolving skills
- Ability to lead in a fastpaced productiondriven environment
- Comfortable holding teams accountable while developing and engaging employees
