Job Description

Job Summary:

This role supports production planning and scheduling to ensure materials resources and timelines align so manufacturing runs efficiently and meets delivery commitments.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining daily production schedules for manufacturing operations

• Communicate changes or delays to stakeholders

• Monitor production progress and identify gaps or delays

• Generate reports on output capacity and schedule adherence

• Ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs

• Flag shortages or risks early

• Enter and maintain data in systems like SAP Oracle or similar

• Keep and maintain work orders schedules and inventory statuses

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred

• 13 years of experience in cleanroom assembly electronics manufacturing or optical/mechanical assembly

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Familiarity with electrostatic discharge (ESD) and contamination control practices

• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions drawings and specifications

• Basic computer skills for data entry and manufacturing systems

• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. unassisted

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen U.S. national legal permanent resident asylee refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
